For clients who would like Bishop Sullivan to market the property and progress to move in but are happy to collect the rent, manage repairs/maintenance to the property & renew Tenancies.

9% excl VAT of the monthly rent (10.8% including VAT)

We’ll set up your Tenancy for you and collect the rent. For clients who do not want to deal with rent or renewing the Tenancy but are happy to manage repairs/maintenance to the property.
