Code of Ethics:¬†We follow the ARLA and Property Ombudsman codes of practice, have a complaints procedure in place and are happy to be regulated by ARLA (main regulatory body), the Property Ombudsman (financial recourse), the Information Commissioners Office (Data Protection), the Financial Conduct Authority (Advertising Standards) and (anti) Money Laundering Regulations (proof of ID and address). In short we take this very seriously.
