Always moving with the times just before Lockdown 1 we begun offering floor plans and Video Tours on our YouTube channel at no extra cost. Not only does this reduce unnecessary viewings in a health and safety conscious time, if all UK estate agents offered this approach annual carbon emissions would be reduced by the equivalent to that of 33,000 homes. Code of Ethics: We follow the ARLA and Property Ombudsman codes of practice, have a complaints procedure in place and are happy to be regulated by ARLA (main regulatory body), the Property Ombudsman (financial recourse), the Information Commissioners Office (Data Protection), the Financial Conduct Authority (Advertising Standards) and (anti) Money Laundering Regulations (proof of ID and address). In short we take this very seriously.
