That was all you needed to create a Tenancy and the fastest move in I arranged from a viewing was an hour! There have been many regulatory measures brought in since, mostly for the good (some draconian). Sadly it is no longer possible to move someone into a property within a few hours or days if you are looking to follow best practice. I have never liked rolling the dice and always prefer to do things by the book. My 9 years in Central London taught me that when dealing with people service comes before everything, legal and market knowledge is essential, markets can change rapidly and wasabi is to be treated with respect.
So why did I set up Bishop Sullivan lettings? It is a combination of timing and knowing a better service is possible without breaking the bank.
